The SAGA platform and its concepts are widely utilized today in both banks—such as Česká spořitelna, Komerční banka, Moneta—and non-banking institutions, including energy, insurance, and business operations processes. Frequently, they have gradually replaced or are replacing 'standard' BPM platforms and are extending into parts of processes beyond the back-office, reaching into the front-office and client interactions.

Projekt „SimBIT – SAGA workflow“, ev. č. projektu: FX04030106_3376, byl realizován v rámci programu The Country for the Future Ministerstva průmyslu a obchodu a spolufinancován z prostředků Evropské unie v rámci NEXT GENERATION EU.

Cíl projektu:„Projekt se týká platformy SAGA, technologicky otevřené low-code platformy DigitalOps pro správu workflow, jednotné řazení do front a distribuci pracovních úkolů. Cílem projektu je vytvořit novou úroveň platformy, tedy inovovat náš produkt jako takový, a to zj. z pohledu funkčních charakteristik, ale i uživatelské zkušenosti (UX) a interface (UI). S produktovou inovací a očekávaným ekonomickým vzrůstem úzce souvisí organizační inovace sahající do našich projektových i obchodních postupů.“
